Riello expands its Multi Power2 range with new capacities and configurations, further bolstering its role in market for flexible sustainable UPS solutions.

The extended series now covers power needs from 300 to 600 kVA - and can be paralleled up to 2.4 MW. This makes it ideal for medium-sized data centers and critical installations within healthcare, industry, and infrastructure.

Higher Performance, Same Footprint

The expanded range includes two new models in addition to the existing MP2 500:

MP2 300 - Up to 5 modules (300 kVA), NEW!
MP2 500 - Up to 8 modules (500 kVA), available since the launch of the series.
MP2 600 - Up to 9 modules (600 kVA), also available with integrated switches. NEW!

Each model builds on Riello's proven modular platform - featuring hot-swappable 67 kW power modules, high energy efficiency, top or bottom cable entry, and either front or top ventilation. This provides maximum installation flexibility and seamless scalability - without downtime.

X-Factor: More Power - Less Energy Consumption

By incorporating silicon carbide (SiC) technology in the power modules, Multi Power2 achieves higher efficiency and reduced heat generation. The results are:

Efficiency up to 98.1% in double conversion mode
Reduced cooling requirements
Smaller footprint and lower operational costs
Potential savings of up to NOK 170,000 annually on energy costs
(based on 600 kVA, 50% load, NOK 2/kWh, cooling COP = 3)

The system supports a wide range of energy storage technologies, including VRLA, lithium-ion, and supercapacitors. It also supports smart features like PowerShield3, RielloConnect, and Anda Cloud, and includes the NetMan 208 for remote monitoring and system management.
