Anda-Olsen strengthens its organization with two new hires and one internal role change.
This improves operational flow and delivery, increases follow-up accuracy, and adds capacity for continued growth.
Anita Otterdal Folde has joined Anda-Olsen as Sales and Service Coordinator. She comes from a position as Service Advisor in the automotive industry, where she handled service follow-up, technician coordination, customer dialogue, and warranty and claims processes.
She brings solid experience working closely with both customers and technical resources across departments. Anita is used to roles that require precision, structure, and fast execution, and she has a strong understanding of how different functions interact. This provides a strong foundation for ensuring quality and smooth deliveries at Anda-Olsen.
What motivated her to accept the position was the combination of high technical expertise, clear growth ambitions, and strong requirements for quality and customer service.
"I see great value in working for a company with strong professional competence and technological development. With my background in customer service and coordination, I want to contribute to structured and efficient delivery and follow-up of technical solutions," says Anita.
Bjørn Rune Sjåstad has joined Anda-Olsen as Supply Chain Coordinator. He holds a technical college degree in furniture production and a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. He is from Sykkylven and has extensive experience from the furniture industry, both in production and procurement roles.
He works in a structured manner, thrives in a high-paced environment, and maintains strong oversight of multiple parallel processes. His role at Anda-Olsen brings new challenges across different markets and more technically advanced products.
"The position involves responsibility, pace, and a strong need for structure. I experience Anda-Olsen as a company with a good working environment and high professional competence," says Bjørn Rune.
During the same period, Natalie Fagernes Otterdal has transitioned from Service Coordinator to HSEQ & HR Manager. She has been responsible for quality management on a part-time basis throughout 2025 and now takes on this responsibility full-time, along with new HR-related tasks.
The role strengthens work related to HSEQ, quality, and people, and provides clearer structure and follow-up across the organization.
With two new hires and a strengthened internal role, Anda-Olsen takes important steps to support continued growth. Collaboration between sales, service, logistics, and support functions is reinforced, with direct impact on delivery quality, capacity, and execution, particularly within maritime projects with high requirements.
