We Welcome Ronny Bjøringsøy as Chief Operating Officer!

We are delighted to announce that Ronny Bjøringsøy has joined Anda-Olsen as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In his new role, Ronny will steer and further develop our operational activities, boosting capacity and efficiency as the company pursues ambitious growth plans both in Norway and internationally.
A solid platform for further growth
Ronny will be responsible for ensuring that production, deliveries and operational processes run efficiently and profitably. His focus is to position Anda-Olsen for continued expansion by optimising internal workflows and fostering strong collaboration across the organisation.

Extensive industrial and manufacturing experience
A mechanical engineering graduate from NTNU Ålesund, Ronny joins us from the role of Managing Director at Brunstad AS and Violante OU, where he led both the day-to-day operations and strategic development of two manufacturing companies with national and international reach.
He brings broad experience in efficiency improvements, organisational development and production optimisation, along with deep knowledge of management systems and KPI tracking-expertise that will now help drive Anda-Olsen's operational excellence.
