Strengthening the Team for Continued Growth!

At Anda-Olsen, we are experiencing strong growth and increased demand, making it necessary for us to continuously expand and strengthen our team.
We are therefore very pleased to welcome three new employees, each of whom will contribute to our ongoing success.
New Service Coordinator with Maritime Education
We have hired Natalie Helèn Fagernes (25) as our new Service Coordinator.
Natalie holds a master's degree in Operational Maritime Management from NTNU, a program that provides both ship officers and land-based personnel with a deeper understanding of management in demanding operations.
With this background, Natalie has developed relevant skills that are valuable both within the maritime industry and in other sectors where Anda-Olsen operates.
Engineer with Expertise in Automation
Vetle Vågnes (25) has joined our project department as a new engineer.
With an education from NTNU in Automation and Intelligent Systems, Vetle brings with him solid knowledge of technology that can make equipment smarter and more efficient.
His insights into how automation can contribute to value creation and sustainability will be valuable as we work on developing innovative solutions for our customers.
New Installer and Service Technician
Additionally, earlier this summer, we hired Iver Austnes Stokkevåg (21) as an installer and service technician.
Iver comes from a position as a ship electrician at Remøy Shipping, and his experience will be of great value for the complex installations and maintenance that our projects require.
The Future Looks Bright for Anda-Olsen
With these new hires, we are even better equipped to meet the increasing demand and carry out our large projects with the same high quality as always.
We look forward to seeing how Natalie, Vetle, and Iver will contribute to the continued development of Anda-Olsen. Together, we will continue to deliver reliable solutions and meet the unique needs of our customers in ever-growing markets.
